We used to supply a very old version (Windows 3.1!) of our help desk software at no cost, but decided to stop doing so because it really didn't reflect how powerful but easy to use our latest software is.

Of course, there is no such thing as free software. There is a "Total Cost of Ownership" which takes into account not just the purchase price, but also training, ongoing support, time/costs savings, missed opportunities etc. etc.

We believe that our pricing is fair. By pricing per concurrent user, smaller businesses with few operators can afford the same software that is used by many major businesses. As their business grows, they can purchase more licences to meet their needs at that time.
