Files supplied

LBE Web Helpdesk uses Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP) technology. The following files are supplied:

• *.asp - these files are processed by your web server which then supplies standard html to the web browser.

• lbeweb40.dll - this dll file contains much of the functionality of LBE Web Helpdesk.
  

• lbeweconfig.exe - this program will help you configure LBE Web Helpdesk

• helpdesk.mdb - this is an Access database for use with the Helpdesk.

• MSSql folder - this folder contains the SQL scripts needed to create and populate the SQL Server tables needed by LBE Web Helpdesk.

• Oracle folder - this folder contains the SQL scripts needed to create and populate the Oracle tables needed by LBE Web Helpdesk.

• jmail.dll - this is required if you are using an SMTP mail server. It is supplied courtesy of DIMAC AB, who allow free distribution of this dll. Jmail requires Winsock2. This is built into Windows NT, but if you use Windows 95 you need to install it. Winsock can be downloaded for free from ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/bussys/winsock/winsock2/.
