"We purchased LBE Helpdesk to log and
manage all our technical support and maintenance calls. I have got
to say, we find the product excellent, it's functionality for the
price is exactly what we required, easy to use, quick for new staff
to learn, and with it being a web based product we can access it
remotely. As our engineers use mobile PDA device, the system emails
them as soon as a call as allocated or updated for them. Reporting
is very good too.
Best of all is the support from John and his team, in fact the superb
tech support is one of the major reasons why I chose this product.
I had downloaded a demonstration and was having some difficulties
with it's setup, one email sorted these issues out for me. Support
questions are answered almost immediately, changes can, and will
be done at your request, although this could be chargeable of course.
All-in-all, I would thoroughly recommend this product."
