Upgrades for existing Customers

Upgrade to the latest version of a product is free if you have a current support agreement for that product. The first year's support is included in the purchase price of our products. For subsequent years you can find pricing here. If you are entitled to a free upgrade, please download and install the latest version and contact LBE for a new product licence file.

Desktop Helpdesk v3.1 (or earlier) Customers: The latest version of the Desktop Helpdesk is licensed per concurrent user (i.e. each simultaneously connected user). We will treat all previous version licences as equivalent to a 5 concurrent user licence of the new version. To upgrade to the latest version, all you pay is the annual support fee for a 5 concurrent user licence.

Free Helpdesk Users: Free upgrades are not available from this product.
