Latest Versions of our Help Desk Software
If this is the first time you have used our software, you should
download the complete installation set for our help
desk software.
The download on this page should only be used to update an existing
installation.
- If you have a current support contract, you should download
and install the latest version below. You can find out when your
support expires by looking at Help Menu, Licence Information in
the Desktop Helpdesk and the Mail-in server. In the Web Helpdesk,
it is displayed at the top of the Maintenance page.
- If you have purchased this product, but your support has
expired, installing these latest patches will cause it to revert
to the trial version. You should purchase a further year's
support contract by faxing a purchase
order to us. Helpdesk Software support
pricing.
- If you are still using the trial version of our helpdesk
software, you will be able to update using the links below
and continue with the trial.
- In the downloaded zip you will find a history.txt which
describes the changes and gives instructions on how to update
your installation and database (if required).
