Select Maintenance from the main menu. The Maintenance page will be displayed, find the section titled
This gives you the choice of using Search boxes or drop-down lists on those pages where you have to select
a Customer, Contact or Asset. Choosing Search boxes will speed up the loading of pages as the system does
not have to populate the drop-down list, they can also make it easier to find the value you wish to use.
You may also choose what you want to happen when you change the Priority of a Job - the system can prompt
you to reset the target date/time based on the new Priority or you can
opt for it to be left unchanged.
